Sent out two queries in the past two weeks after not sending any for a good long while. There were many reasons I didn’t send any out for a time, but it feels good to be sending them out again now. In the interim I substantially revised my query letter with help from some friends, so it’s probably for the best that I didn’t send so many out like those first few.
I think I actually understand the query letter in a way I didn’t before. Times ten for the synopsis. In a month I may realize what a fool I was to type that, but that seems to be how it goes sometimes.
